| Last day of March! Had a bunch of showings today as we head into April, one month closer to warmer weather! Also met with my web developer today as we get closer to releasing my new and improved site! There will be many changes, but it will be great! |

| Cold winds today! We wrapped up a closing on a nice home in Houghton so congrats to our buyers! We are getting more calls on other places to list as the weather allows here shortly. Today is the season opener for the Detroit Tigers! |

| Cold but sunny day. Finalized a closing on some Ontonagon County land and working on some new deals now. I've actually got several great listings coming this year but we are holding off until Spring truly arrives to get them on the open market. Hope you are having a great week! |

| Fairly nice day but looks like more snow to come this weekend! If your snowfall total guess was less than 320", you are not going to win this year. We've got a handful of voters that went higher, so we'll see who ends up closest! Today we closed on a house in Dodgeville so congrats to our buyers on their new home! Have a great day! |

| Last night was exciting as we watched online as Michigan Tech Basketball defeated Walsh to become the NCAA Regional basketball champs. First time in history that our guys have ever made it so far. There are over 300 Division 2 basketball teams in the country, and our guys are one of 8 teams remaining. Not bad for a remote U.P. team! |

| Happy St. Patrick's Day! The storm has passed at sunshine is back! Today we wrapped up three different residential closings and even a commercial building down in lower Michigan. Tonight the Michigan Tech Men's Basketball team take on Walsh for the Midwest Regional Championship in Canton, Ohio. Go Huskies! |

| Most places are closed today with a severe Spring blizzard. It actually wasn't that bad in the far north, but I know other areas got hit really hard. Wrapped up a closing this morning on a house in Ontonagon County and also got a deal accepted on some commercial property in Houghton. One day closer to Spring! |
