| Looking forward to some milder, above freezing temps this week! Had a busy weekend with basketball and scoring deer at the Whitetails Unlimited Big Buck night. We had some friends over for the Super Bowl where the food ended up being better than the game but still had fun! Should be a great week! |

| Hello! Michigan Tech Men and Women's basketball had a couple of good wins last night at home against Lake Superior State. We've got a nice day today and Winter Carnival is in full swing. The statues are really good this year. Have a great weekend! |

| Goodbye January! That was one of the coldest, snowiest Januarys that I can recall. Today we closed on a place in Calumet so congrats to our buyer on their new home! It will be interesting to see who wins the snowfall total contest this year as it looks like it will be a big number! |

| Snow removal seems to be a daily situation this January. Many areas are already at nearly 200 inches of snowfall received and we still have a long way to go. Regardless, real estate moves on. I have a purchase agreement together for a home sale near Baraga and am working on a land sale near Bruce Crossing. Ready for a slight warm up soon! |
