The talk of the Keweenaw this morning was the cold temps overnight! Many folks had to turn on their furnaces for the first time in months. We are definitely on the brink of Fall. We wrapped up a closing on two lots on Mud Lake so congrats to our buyers and sellers. We also got a few new deals together over the weekend. Halfway through September already!
