Okay! The new site will be dropping any day now. I know from experience now that every time the website changes, some people have a hard time adjusting to things looking new and different. My advice is to just be patient and you'll quickly see that all of the features you enjoy are still there and easy to find. On the home/main page, all you need to do is keep scrolling down and you'll see that the webcam, poll question, Pic of the Day and my Journal are all right there to see. The other menus will now be at the top of the page as drop down options to check out the other features. One improvement on my end is the site is now a wider format and made to work way better on smart phones as well as desktop computers. The biggest improvement is the real estate listing search features and the layout and data available when viewing your listings. I encourage you to take your time to learn your way around the new site and I appreciate you all spending your time here as always!

| Another beautiful day! Got a deal together on some land on Gratiot Lake and we closed on a house in Hancock. I've been testing/reviewing my new website and will be launched here very soon! |

| Cooler day but still busy with closings. We wrapped up sales on a cottage in Bootjack, a house on Portage Lake and a couple different places in Ontonagon County. It sure has been another busy summer at NMLB. We had 35 closings in July! |

| Lots of office work today! WE processed 5 closings here in the office and have had several new deals come together over the weekend and today. Also working on listing a 40 acre parcel between Donken and Tapiola. Hope you had a great weekend! |
