It was a warm windy weekend and now a nice crisp Fall day. Michigan Tech football took care of business against Northern Michigan University to capture the Miner's Cup once again. We received a couple of deposits today on new deals put together over the weekend and also have a couple closings going on as we speak. Have a great week!

Rain is moving in! Today we wrapped up a closing on a couple of residential lots on Datolite Street in Houghton, so congrats to my seller! Stay dry and warm!

Another cool day! Wrapped up a closing on a large tract near Menge Creek Road in Baraga County. We got a deal together on a house in Ripley and are taking pics of another house to list as we speak. Hope you are having a great October!

Cool and wet out. Finalized a closing on my East Branch Road property so it's nice to get that one wrapped up. The fall colors are definitely past peak now!

The Keweenaw is beautiful and full of color right now! We wrapped up a closing today on some land near Norwich in Ontonagon. This is a great time of year to photograph new listings!

Breezy day! Lots of closings were processed here in the office today. Looks like we are in for an unseasonably warm weekend coming up. Enjoy the warmer temps while you can!

Sunny, breezy and cool. We wrapped up a closing on a place in Marquette and we have other agents at closings today as we speak. I'm checking out a Lake Superior parcel up on 5 Mile Point Road that I hope to be listing soon!

Beautiful fall day! The colors are very much peak in most areas right now. We got new deals together on our Winona Lake property, a lot in Greenland, some land on Lake Annie Crosscut and a beautiful home in Hancock. Should be a nice week!
