| Freezing rain/ice made for some pretty nasty roads last night! Someone hit a power pole near our office so we were informed that we'll be disconnected for the next few hours. Time to go move snow! Have a great weekend! |

| We got a nice little snowstorm this weekend which has really started the snowmobiling tourism. Wrapped up a closing today on some land near Gratiot Lake and finished up a price evaluation for a place near Bootjack. It is supposed to warm up a bit the next few days so that will be nice! |

| Fairly mild winter day in the Copper Country. We wrapped up several closings since last Friday and have more new listings on the way.
