| Winter is here! The heavy snow/ice created a lot of downed trees that we are still trying to clear. Some power outages lasted four days or more! Regardless, back to work here as real estate never stops! |

| Big snow coming! We did wrap up a couple more closings today, but the priority now is getting all set for some major snow removal for Thanksgiving. Be safe out there! |

| Thanksgiving is almost here! Today we wrapped up closings on a home on Broemer Road as well as some land near Winona Lake. Nice day today but it sounds like we've some serious snow coming midweek, so time to start prepping for that! |

| Cold rainy day! We wrapped up a closing on a nice home in Franklin Township so congrats to our sellers! Also got a new deal working on one of my Firesteel Road lots near Ontonagon. Hope you are having a great week! |

| We've had some pretty cold mornings this week but no snow. We've got a few more closings to wrap up this week and we'll all be looking forward to Thanksgiving next week! |

| Cold frosty morning! Got a deal together today on a 10 acre listing out on Firesteel Road. Also getting a couple purchase agreements together for some land near Gratiot Lake. Winter is coming! |

| Inching closer to December! Wrapped up two residential closings today as well as some land near Bruce Crossing. Feeling cooler out but not really any snow left. Still, it is best to get those snow tires on to be ready! |
