| Hello! You will notice that the webcam on the homepage has been updated! With the rough winters and predator situation, we really just don't have many deer to watch in some areas anymore. If you've been watching over the years I'm sure you've noticed that the wildlife action is a small fraction now compared to what it used to be. I couldn't justify maintaining that webcam any longer. Now we have the 'Houghton Cam' at our office here that will continually show the busy action here in downtown Houghton through the seasons. We'll also continue to link to some wildlife type cameras under webcams on the left (the Bald Eagle Cam) is my favorite right now. We'll also look at adding other cams as the new website drops here soon. Enjoy! |

| Received a little rain today but we needed it. We wrapped up a closing on a house in Laurium so congrats to our buyers! Got the wheels turning on a big listing up north last night and now off to a showing here in Houghton here tonight. We are ready for it to warm up a bit more! |
