| Inching closer to December! Wrapped up two residential closings today as well as some land near Bruce Crossing. Feeling cooler out but not really any snow left. Still, it is best to get those snow tires on to be ready! |

| November is rolling along! We had another record setting month here at NMLB in October, so very proud of my agents. We've got a group of people who truly cares about their clients' needs over their own and that is how you build a business. |

| First snow of the season! Not sure if it will stick around, but we did get a decent amount of snow over the weekend. Today I wrote an offer on some Houghton County waterfront and we wrapped up a couple more residential closings. I'm getting close to being caught up! |

| Fall is cruising by! We started off the week with a closing on a home in Lake Linden, so congrats to our buyers. We got a couple more parcels under contract over the weekend. Fall colors are starting to get a little past peak, but still pretty scenic here in the north country. Have a great day! |
