| April is a very challenging month up here so I'm always happy to turn the page to May and all of the Spring weather! Went and pulled some signs today off recent sales and checked out a new listing. Bring on the sunshine! |

| One day closer to May! Closed on my Isle Royale Street house in Laurium this morning so congrats to the buyers and sellers on getting that one wrapped up!
